BITW is a Non-Profit Event with donations to The Make A Wish Foundation.
Best In The West is a model jet show with real turbine jet engines for propulsion.
You will be amazed by the sound, speed and smell of Jet A fuel burning.
These jets will exceed speeds of up to 200 MPH.
Spectators will be entertained by some of the best jet pilots in the world.

ADMISSION:

Cost to enter Best In The West Jet Rally will be $5.00 per person, all children 12 year's old and under are free. You will be directed by our parking attendant on where to park on site.
The attendant will hand each person in the vehicle index like cards for you to participate in voting on People's Choice Award and People's Choice Award Runner-Up, This means our spectators will be able to come onto the runway, and view our pilots jets up close and personal, and vote on there 2 favorite jets, we ask that no one touches the jets, these jets range from $7,000 all the way up to $35,000.

SEATING:

Seating will be provided at the show, but on a limited seating basis,
first come first served will be seated.

CAMPING:

All Spectators are welcomed to camp on site
with there Motor homes (RV) and Trailers. There are NO hook-ups.
Parking fee for overnight will be $10.00 per night.

If you wish to camp on-site,
please contact one of the organizers of the show.
Camping is FREE for all Pilots and Crew
who are registered in the show.

ITEMS TO HAVE AT THE JET RALLY:

As said above, some seating will be provided, however we suggest you bring a lawn chair with you. We also suggest a camera, remember you will be able to view the jets up close, so you don't want to miss out on picture opportunity.
Hats, Sun Glasses, Sun Screen recommended.

FOOD:

Food service will be available on site.
Serving Breakfast and Lunch from
Thursday September 29th 8AM through Saturday October 1st 3PM.
There will be plenty of food, water,
and soft drinks available for purchase.

DRESS:

Please dress casual and very comfortable, we suggest shorts,
t-shirts and walking shoes. Please have a light sweater or jacket for it may cool down.

MERCHANDISE:

Best In The West Shirts and Hats will be available
for purchase at the Registration Table.

You may also make a tax deductible donation to
the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles.

RAFFLE & 50/50 TICKETS:

Please go to the Registration Table to purchase your Raffle
Tickets or 50/50 Tickets as well as Shirts and Hats.
